Грэг Бриннер, notorious arms dealer on an international scale, strikes a deal with a terrorist leader, prompting the dispatch of a special forces team led by Major Andrei Rubtsov to Syria for a mission to capture him and eliminate the terrorists. The operation initially appears successful, but a betrayal from a supposed ally results in the team's devastating loss, leaving only Rubtsov alive. After some time, he returns to Russia, but with no recollection of the events that transpired. To regain his memories and track down Brinner, Rubtsov teams up with Olga Smirnova, an operative from an international counter-terrorism organization, embarking on a perilous journey to uncover the truth and bring the arms dealer to justice.
